Ronald Leon Mclain, 77, of Bradley, passed away Friday, August 28, 2020 at his home. He was born April 7, 1943 in Moberly, Missouri the son of Jess and Reba Mclain. In April of 1982 he married Brenda Wilson. He was a truck driver for 38 years. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Ronald is survived by his loving wife Brenda; his children, Nikki Zilm of Bradley; Scott Mclain of Bradley; Aaron Mclain and his fiancée Ann Miller of Clifton; Donnie Mclain of Spokane, WA; and Lisa Mclain of Haugan, MT; his grandchildren, Jessica and Lindsay Mcclerren/scro, Kindra Mclain, Joshua and Mikayla Zilm; Collin, Maddyx, and Emmytt Mclain; a sister, Wilma Buffington of MI; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Chuck and Pat Wilson of Manteno; Carroll and Cristy Wilson of Kankakee; Darroll and Kristy Wilson Alburquerque, NM; and Tammy and Ron Carlon of Alburquerque, NM; and a special family member, Jillian Mclain. He is preceded in death by his parents. A visitation will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from 4pm to 7pm with the memorial service following immediately after at Jensen Funeral Home. We ask that you please follow the state’s guidelines where masks/face coverings and distancing are concerned. Burial will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 10 am.
