Melissa Margaret Traub, 39, of Peotone passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. She was born on February 19, 1982 the daughter of Martin and Margaret (Leinweber). She was a nurse for many years. She was an active member of the Parkview Christian Church in New Lenox, IL. She is survived by her children; Andrew, Christopher, and Kaylee Traub; a sister; Christine (David) Taylor; 2 brothers; Joe (Lesley) Traub and Carl (Heather) Traub. She is proceeded in death by her father; Martin Traub; her mother; Margaret Traub; her grandparents; Anton and Maria Traub, Adam and Veronika Leinweber. Cremation rites have been accorded.
